How to Work With MONNEVA: From First Visit to Your First Order

Velour pool towels in a resort pool setting

If you’ve browsed our site looking for prices and an “add to cart” button, you may have noticed there isn’t one — and that’s by design. MONNEVA isn’t an off-the-shelf shop; we’re a made-to-order textile manufacturer. Every towel, robe, peshtemal, and set is produced to your specification. That means the process works a little differently from ordinary online shopping — and, we think, better for serious buyers. Here’s exactly how it works, step by step.

Why There Are No Prices or a Cart

Because we make to order, there’s no single fixed price. What you pay depends on the product, fabric, GSM, size, colors, branding, and quantity you need — and those choices are yours to make. A boutique hotel ordering 80 embroidered robes and a distributor launching a 500-piece peshtemal line need different things, so we quote each project individually. Instead of a checkout, we have a quote request — and it’s designed to get you an accurate, tailored offer fast.

Step 1: Explore the Collections

Start by browsing our product categories — towels, bathrobes, peshtemals, spa & wellness sets, and kids’ textiles. Each product page shows the specifications you can customize: fabric, GSM, sizes, colors, and branding options. Think of these as starting points, not fixed SKUs — almost everything can be tailored to your project.

Step 2: Request a Quote

When something fits, click Request a Quote. Our form walks you through the details we need to prepare an accurate offer:

  • The product and category you’re interested in
  • Your target quantity
  • Fabric, GSM, size, and color preferences (including Pantone matching)
  • Branding needs — embroidery, woven logo, or labels
  • Any special requirements, and your market and delivery destination

The more detail you give, the more precise our first response. Not sure about a spec? Leave a note — advising on the right choice is part of what we do.

Step 3: We Prepare Your Offer

Once we receive your request, we review feasibility and come back to you with guidance on specifications, minimum order quantity, and next steps. Because our minimum order quantities are low, this is where boutique properties and new brands often discover a project is more achievable than they expected.

Step 4: Samples

For most projects, samples are available so you can confirm fabric, color, and construction before committing to a full run — the details are agreed as part of your quote. With textiles this matters: a product should feel right in your hands, not just on paper. Sampling is where specifications become real.

Step 5: Production

Once you’ve approved the specifications (and any sample), your order goes into production in Denizli. Exact timelines and order details are confirmed in your quote, so you’ll know what to expect before anything begins. Your colors are matched, your branding applied, and quality checked along the way.

Step 6: Delivery

Your finished order is prepared export-ready and shipped to you. As your program grows, reorders follow the same specifications — so the quality and colors stay consistent, batch after batch.

What Makes This Worth It

The made-to-order model asks a little more upfront than clicking “buy” — but it gives you something off-the-shelf sourcing can’t: products built to your brand, in your colors, at quantities that suit your scale. No compromises on specs, no generic stock, no reorder surprises.

Ready to start? Request a quote — tell us your product, quantity, and market, and we’ll take it from there.
